I would say probably not.

These are no follow links but it will help you get a good mix of no follow and follow links. I think it more of a problem if you only focus on building do follow links.

It's been my experience, that participating in Yahoo Answers is good for you and your site. First, you help other, if you are answering. 2nd, you can drive traffic to your site based on the quality of your answers. And 3, a link from Yahoo is as good as they come. Google will not look poorly at Yahoo answers when it comes to your rankings. Although you are trying to 'game' the system by getting people to answer questions and have your site as a resource, I don't see a problem, provided the answer is relevant, and helpful to whatever niche your site is in.

Hi,

As a copywriter and SEO expert I would like to add, word count is not so important for the SEO.

Important is keyword density regarding specific page and whole website.

Just try to make your content informative and keywords rich, good to start with optimization on both yahoo and google.

300~600 words is the best choice, but to get better SEO, you need to focus on the keyword density as well

That seems like a lot. You can have lots of keywords for your SEO, but they might not compliment your website. If you go to Google Adwords you can type in your website and Google will list keywords based on your website and what people search for.

Is creating each language corresponding pages a good way?
YES - if your targeted keywords are also in their local language: English, Dutch and French
NO - if you meant you ONLY wanted to be on top of SERPS for Google's pages in .fr, .com. .co.uk and .nl BUT the content or targeted keywords are still in English

How does Google rank those websites for those languages?
When creating domains for each website, use a local server for your targeted country. Submit links to local directories, local blogs, linking to local websites.
Based on my experience, when your website starts to get indexed and rank on the first 100, you can apply the usual and proven SEO strategy you know.

One of the best ways is to use different domains for each language site. eg. yoursite.co.uk, yoursite.fr etc.

If this not seems feasible, then next step is to use sub domains.
